BLA distinguishes simple termination without cause from disciplinary dismissal for misconduct, requiring strict domestic inquiries.

Gratuity is payable on the last drawn basic salary rate for every completed year of service exceeding 6 months.

Both employee contribution and employer matching contribution plus accrued interest must be cleared within 30 working days.

Under Section 33 BLA, the worker must submit a formal written grievance within 33 days of the adverse employment action.
